PDD’s system and instrumentation capability involves the integration of sensors, digital and analogue electronic systems, control software, hydraulics and pneumatics. Simulation and analysis
Our advanced multi-science systems let us simulate and analyse designs comprising structures, mechanisms, thermo-fluidics, electro-mechanical systems and optics. Through these we can explore adventurous ideas quickly and optimise them using virtual prototypes before costly models and tools.
Proof and demonstration
We design and make models for demonstration, testing and proof of concept. Novel principles and technology are identified and developed early, concurrent to the project-critical path, before design integration.
Engineering development
Equipped with many of the world’s best reverse-engineering, surfacing, CAD and CAM tools, these enable our engineering designers to make efficient progress. Our quality systems (ISO 9001 and 13485) ensure the thoroughness of risk assessment, design control and history file.
Production outsourcing
Fluent in technical Cantonese and Mandarin, PDD manages Far Eastern outsource partners on behalf of its clients and enjoys a network of proven suppliers for components, sub-systems and boxed product.
