’Bonita’ Motion Capture Camera
The Brief
Following the success of the T-Series camera, Vicon returned to us to design the entry level ‘Bonita’ camera, using the same visual brand language (VBL) we developed previously.
What we did
The project took full advantage of our integrated team, utilising each aspect of the service offering and capitalising on our knowledge of the Vicon brand and the camera’s role as a motion capture device. The design team embodied the same attributes found in the T-Series of quality, appearance, engineering and performance when developing and refining both the visual styling and functional engineering of ‘Bonita’. We balanced the need for the camera to maintain its position as an entry level product without losing any of the key aspects from the Vicon VBL.
Result
The close relationship between our teams ensured a smooth workflow from initial concept generation, through engineering development, to production liaison. ‘Bonita’ sits comfortably in the Vicon range next to its bigger brother the T-Series, echoing the key attributes of quality, appearance, engineering and performance.
