18.06.09 Patient centred innovation in medical device design
Shayal Chhibber, Senior Consultant at PDD in Human Factors, presented a paper at the European Pharmaceutical Research Conference on the 18th of June. His subject matter was 'Patient centred innovation in medical device design.'
Through a number of case studies using qualitative research techniques, Shayal's paper demonstrated how a patient focused approach offers fresh insights and breeds innovative solutions to drug device development.
